DIRECTIVES FROM A BOARD MEMBER

Continental Director Directives shall be in green ink on green paper; used for the issuance of board minutes and any broad area directive emanating from a Director of the International Board, or a Continental Director.

A Technical Directive emanating from such a source shall be in red ink on green paper.
